This flowy maxi dress has long puff sleeves with elastication and a ruffle at the bottom. The model has a tie belt and a feminine V-neckline with ruffles. At the bottom of the V-neck are two cords that can be tied as a small bow. It  skirt part flares out and consists of two dividing seams.
